I led a complete redesign for Beautiful Skin’s website, transforming the site into a refined, user-focused experience that better reflects their identity as a luxury skin atelier. This project included extensive UX/UI strategy, visual branding, and storytelling. Rewritten copy showcases Beautiful Skin’s deeply immersive and holistic philosophy, with a restructured service menu augmented into clear categories, curated treatment packages, and personalized upgrades.

Since launching the website in February, there has been a ~52% increase in new client inquiries citing the website as their first touchpoint, along with a significant rise (+233%) in online bookings.

On the backend, I improved our SEO by generating client reviews and optimizing our Google storefront— bolstering the success of the revised website.

Social media management + visual strategy.

Over 10 months, I established Beautiful Skin’s Instagram platform, driving a ~44% follower growth by creating all in-house organic content—including reels, stories, and posts. I strategically cycled content around our product collection, service differentiation, and the accessibility of luxury skincare to educate and engage our audience. Experimenting with boosted posts resulted in a 500% increase in booking inquiries tied to post views, significantly elevating brand presence and client acquisition.

Print collateral suite to elevate client touch points.

A cohesive collection of printed materials designed to streamline the client experience at Beautiful Skin. This suite includes brochures, flyers, home care cards, and client intake forms—all created in Adobe InDesign with a strong focus on clean visual layouts, brand consistency, and user-friendly design. Each piece was crafted to reflect the studio’s identity while clearly communicating essential information. Typography, spacing, and rich imagery were refined to support both function and elegance across all pieces.
